Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

We primarily ship through USPS (First Class or Priority Mail), but may occasionally use UPS or FedEx depending on size, weight, or destination.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, we can reship it once you pay for new shipping.
